I am eager to help individuals navigate their mental health challenges. My approach is rooted in warmth, humor, and empathy. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, college students, and BIPOC individuals. My speciality is empowering black women and femmes through vulnerability and self compassion. I want to help to challenge stigmas and empower individuals while encouraging openness and vulnerability. I am committed to assisting individuals with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, self esteem, identity, life transitions, stress management, and grief.
I blend different therapeutic approaches such as DBT, CBT, and ACT. Skills from these approaches help to improve your relationship with yourself and others. This integrative method allows me to tailor our sessions to your specific needs, ensuring that our work together is effective and meaningful.
I truly believe in the power of authentic and understanding connections. I offer a non-judgmental and safe space where you can be yourself and grow!
