I’m not your typical Provo therapist. I offer a unique, counter-culture approach that is free of religious influence. If you are feeling lonely, disconnected, or lost, you are not alone and there is hope. My goal is to help you better understand yourself in a holistic way so we can get to the root of your pain and find life-long solutions. My hope is you'll leave each session feeling seen, connected, and empowered. I offer traditional talk therapy (in-office or online) and nature-integrated (outdoor) therapy sessions.
As a former Mormon myself, I understand the process of faith transitions. The Therapy Inn is for those who feel disconnected, isolated, or lost here in Utah because of their unique identity. Whether you're ex-Mormon, LGBTQIA+, or just seeking non-religious therapy, I offer a safe space to explore, heal, and discover new ways of being your authentic self.
You probably feel like therapy is important, but it can often feel daunting and overwhelming. I try to make it as comfortable and accessible a process as possible. There is a very simple scheduler on my website to sign-up for a free consultation call and start your journey.
