I offer counseling to individuals via Telehealth only. I want to be a part of your journey. You’re the expert in your own life but I’ve learned some good strategies and coping skills that I would love to share with you. I enjoy helping you identify systems that aren’t working for you and amend them so that you can live a life more congruent with your values and dreams. I hope to identify the barriers keeping you from being your authentic self and help you decide where you can make changes so you’re more fulfilled.
I have experience working with anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, OCD, self esteem, depression, mood regulation, life transitions, grief, trauma, relationship problems/boundary setting. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy. I also have some training in DBT and ACT.
The most important component in counseling is finding a therapist that is the right fit, where there is safety, comfort, trust, openness and no judgement. That's where you can challenge yourself, once you're ready. I’d be honored to help however I can.
