I have worked for years with families/individuals that are "dysfunctional" or passing through a "rough patch". I care deeply about the individuals that have needed help processing their trauma, eating disorders, panic attacks, suicidal ideation, athletic or school pressures, injury or lack of connection with others.
I consider myself an empath, being able to sense others emotions more acutely and love to focus on education and growth in emotional intelligence. I use humor and focus on making my clients feel capable. I like to work hand-in-hand with the client at their own pace while being a strong support for your own personal goals.
