I consider therapy to be an engaging and collaborative process towards deeper understanding of your real self and making self-honoring choices. My style is exploratory, engaged, conversational, and intuitive. I mainly lean on psychodynamic, person-centered, NARM, Jungian, and existential approaches. My intention is to create a therapy space where self-trust, growth, and change can naturally take place. When appropriate and desired, I provide practical tools you can practice outside of the sessions.
As you therapist, my role is to support you through listening, acceptance, reinforcing your strengths, and challenge the beliefs and stories that longer serve you.
