I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in providing therapy to women (ages 28-45) and therapists. I received my Master's degree in Counseling from St. Edward's University and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. Populations/Issues I specialize in: Anxiety, Relationship Issues/Enrichment, Difficulty "feeling" feelings/emotions, different forms of perfectionism, and high achievers. I also enjoy working with therapists & emerging therapists who want to explore "person of the therapist" concerns.

My therapeutic approach values a strong therapeutic relationship. I use a collaborative approach that is influenced most by: Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Memory Reconsolidation, Parts Work (internal family systems & blended parts work modalities), Attachment Science, and the work of Brene Brown.

I hope to provide a non-judgmental and warm environment. I believe that therapy is a unique journey for each individual and I hope to "walk" with you on the journey towards new possibilities.
