Special areas of interest include trauma adjustments, family separation, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood disorders, and self-esteem.
I believe in openness and transparency as a key to developing a therapeutic relationship and incorporating multiple modalities to fit the evolving client. Increasing self-awareness and self-compassion is also a focus in helping individuals appreciate their self-worth.
Purposeful living to me means helping others find their own unique ways of leading productive and fulfilling lives. We can figure out this journey together.
