A a deeply relational, Somatic Psychotherapist, Breathwork facilitator, Experiential Journey facilitator, and Circle Holder, my commitment is to create a safe container in which you can move through the veil of any past wounding into your most whole, vibrant, essential self and then to integrate these experiences into your daily life. I am passionate about assisting clients in releasing old wounds, rooting, rebirthing their true selves, and expanding into their visions of thriving.
As an experiential therapist, I blend mindfulness, existential, somatic, attachment, and trauma-informed approaches within present-moment awareness to best support your healing and wholeness. I have advanced training in Hakomi mindfulness therapy, Experiential Attachment Psychotherapy and have expanded my work to include Breathwork Journeys and groups.

Saurya Relational Group Experience
Saurya is a 3 hour drop-in experience combining embodied mindfulness practice with relational witnessing to support freedom, authenticity, intimacy, groundedness, playfulness, honesty, self-expression, safety, compassion, and presence in relationship. Saurya is designed to provide participants with a space to practice experientially moving into greater states of self-security and self-expression in relationship. In Saurya we practice mindful anchoring into ourselves, becoming conscious safe witnesses of each other, and initiators of our own experience.
