I use mindful and experiential approaches in therapy, including Hakomi. By noticing what's happening in the here and now, you can choose and create the behaviors and relationships that fulfill you. I also use a nature-based archetypal approach. By noticing the patterns & archetypal myths in your life, you become an adventurer and author in your own life.
Many of us come to counseling with some sort of an issue like anxiety, depression, or low self esteem. I believe that these "issues" are actually pathways inward to wholeness and freedom. No matter what your "issue" is, the unique, organic and precious genius within you is trying to unfold.
