There are seasons of our lives that are more challenging than others. Sometimes we are aware of the circumstances causing our distress. At other times we just feel stuck or uncertain. In these seasons we may experience unrelenting anxiety, feelings of despair, intrusive and disruptive thoughts, an increase of conflict in our relationships, the development or increase of harmful behaviors, or all of the above. I work with people in all seasons of their lives, addressing a wide array of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I specialize in issues stemming from a history of various forms of trauma and/or abuse (sexual, emotional, physical, psychological). My approach to therapy is always informed by each distinctive and unique client.
