Currently has a waitlist for new clients.... Sometimes life gets to be too much. We lean on our supports, but somehow, they are not able to help us the way that they used to and doing it on our own isn’t working anymore. This is a common experience for people of all ages and in all circumstances. When life becomes too much to handle, sometimes it can be helpful to sit down with a trained professional to explore the challenges in your life and gain new insight that can bring you to a more enjoyable future. I enjoy working with individuals and families struggling with relational issues and boundaries.
I value being able to come along side people in their hardest moments and help them understand how they got where they are, creating a new path. The journey is not easy, but as a team, we can work to find solutions and help make life not only bearable again, but enjoyable. I work with people on balancing their own needs with the needs of those around them.
I am skilled in finding the strengths that you are having trouble seeing and helping you use them for your greater goals. I see hope where others see challenges and I can help you find this hope as well. I enjoy working with all ages who are looking to grow and change for the better, especially teens and adults, and would love to be that support for you.
