I understand the difficulties of meeting someone new and discussing items that may leave one feeling vulnerable. I have a long history of working with individuals who struggle with anxiety and depression, and I specialize in working with those who have experienced trauma.

Trauma comes in many shapes and forms, and it often leaves us to question: what is considered trauma, and what does that look like for me? I work to help individuals unpack what they have kept deep inside and see how it has impacted their present. I also work with you to break down whatever barriers your past has created for a more hopeful future.
