Currently Accepting Clients! Salem Counseling and Consulting, PLLC provides teletherapy to North Carolina, Vermont, and Florida. Our practice consists of therapists that address a variety of needs. We are welcoming to all beliefs, from Atheist to Wiccan, Christian to Muslim, and everything in between. We are an LGBTQIA+ affirming practice committed to racial equity and justice, and our goal is for anyone and everyone to feel honored and safe when seeking therapy with us. Our Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy provider offers in-person KAP sessions in Winston-salem.

We are trained in many things as a whole. Here is a run-down: trauma including social justice and generational/systemic racism, insomnia, EMDR, Brainspotting, anxiety, OCD, phobias, all mood disorders, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, general life and issues that come with being a human. We also have licensed addiction specialists for substance use issues.

Whether it's a pervasive issue or a life transition, therapy can be beneficial to anyone willing to do the work. Finding a therapist who is easy to connect with is an important part of the process. Our therapists strive to provide affirmation, empathy, and validation as we work with you to meet goals, improve your life, and process events and emotions.
