Have you tried talk therapy with little to no success? As a certified EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapist, I can help. EMDR is a type of brain-based therapy that can help reprocess and desensitize traumatic or adverse experiences so that you can have more fulfilling relationships and less severe trauma reactions. I will walk you through this type of therapy- no need to worry about knowing "what to do" or that it will be too serious. We'll do the hard work plus have fun doing it.

I work with adults of all ages on a variety of emotional health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, women's issues, childhood trauma, and many more. I use an integrative approach to walk with you while you heal.

Some of the clients I have helped with EMDR have been through experiences such as betrayal trauma, attachment wounding, adverse childhood experiences such as dealing with an abusive/irresponsible or immature parent, confidence issues, relationship issues, and anxiety. My role as a therapist is to guide and support you so that you can live the life you want.
