Hello there! I am a EMDR and TRM-trained therapist and I greet you with gentleness and a smile. I work primarily with girls and women with issues related to trauma, perfectionism, people-pleasing, disordered eating, or perinatal wellness. I also work with couples. I hope to help you listen to your nervous system, and make choices that heal and empower you. My therapy style is relational; and filled with empathy, curiosity, and acceptance.
