Welcome! I'm Lacy. I work with cycle breakers + makers: people who are consciously choosing to change harmful patterns within themselves and their relationships. Common issues I address in my practice include healing from complicated grief and loss, processing interpersonal conflict in couples + families, and recovering a healthy senes of self. I believe we heal from relational wounds when we know we don't bear the pain alone. If you know something in your life needs to change for the better but aren’t sure where to start, let’s talk.

My style is warm, curious, humorous, and compassionate. I’m told I have good “mother energy” which I consider a massive compliment. I don’t mind speaking directly when it benefits our work together, but I make a point to check in often and ensure I’m meeting you where your needs are. I work primarily with teens, adults, and couples.

Like many of us, I was raised to value thoughts, beliefs, and actions above feelings. Hard work was the epitome of a meaningful life, and emotions were often dismissed as slow and unnecessary obstacles in favor of productive solutions. Now it's my honor to restore dignity to our emotional worlds through attuned presence and confidential therapeutic care.
