My style is very relational in nature-my desire is to walk alongside my clients to help them find relief and grow. Many therapists are no longer offering in person sessions. Not me! I work primarily in office as I place high value on face to face connections in this digital age. My specialties include counseling for childhood trauma/abuse, building self-confidence and navigating life as a highly sensitive person. I am passionate about helping emerging adults navigate the various challenges young adults face today. I am trained in EMDR, which is a highly effective method to aid in healing stressful or traumatic experiences.
I tend to be active and directive in my approach with clients. My goal is to help you feel better and grow into your best self.
