I am Rebeca Mata, founder of Mata Counseling Services in Flower Mound. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with extensive experience working with children/teens and adults with diverse issues- specifically trauma. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My compassionate team provides professional individual counseling to children and adults who are survivors of trauma and/or experiencing a wide array of issues, including but not limited to, depression, self-harm, anxiety, grief, anger, self-esteem, and relationships.
Mata Counseling Services has a gentle and even-tempered ten year old Beagle named Destiny. She is in the office variably throughout the week (Tuesday-Thursday) and promotes a friendly, calming, and inviting atmosphere. She is sensitive to people's emotional needs and makes a great addition to our team. She LOVES people and is eager to meet you!
The rate per session ranges between $125-$170 per session depending on the counselor you choose. We create individual treatment plans to meet your unique mental health needs and we work hard to help you achieve your treatment goals.
