Together, we will foster your resiliency, coping skills, and master goals. anxiety can feel scary, but can feel manageable once you know how it works!

Asking for help can be a difficult, but necessary part of your journey. I would be honored to support you in processing emotions and experiences. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology techniques help guide treatment, but I know "one size does not fit all." Each session will be tailored to fit your needs and goals.
