Hello there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor in the state of Texas. I received my Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at the University of Texas at San Antonio. I have clinical experience in counseling children, adolescents, and adults with issues that include anxiety and depression, grief, behavioral issues, self-harm, multicultural issues, PTSD, life transitions, domestic violence/abuse, and family/relationship conflicts. Additionally, I utilize play/activity therapy for kiddos who are in need of services.
I will help you to work through your goals of obtaining wellness, as well as guide you into making healthier choices. I specialize in those who struggle in anxiety and PTSD. As a Filipina counselor and 1st generation immigrant, my goal is to understand the individual's story through their values, cultural upbringing, and unique experiences.
