LGBTQ+: I'm a non-binary therapist specializing in adults exploring their gender identity and offer consistent support in all phases of transition. My approach focuses on encouraging people to become their authentic selves while offering genuine caring, guidance and support. I draw from a trauma informed background from training in TF-CBT, EMDR, and DBT. I also pull from Attachment theory as well as EFT. I'm Consensual Non-Monogamy experienced/affirming as well as Kink knowledgeable.
