As your therapist I’m committed to providing a safe, warm, respectful, trusting and compassionate environment in which healing and personal growth can begin. We are each on a unique journey and I would like to help you navigate the path you are on, and make space for the range of emotions we all experience as humans. Together we will explore what works best for you at this stage in your life. I believe each person has the capacity to heal themselves and I see my role as supporting and empowering you to discover your own inner strengths and strategies to decrease distress and increase wellbeing.

I practice therapy through a collaborative, strength based, trauma- informed lens. I am trained in multiple evidenced-based models ( EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, TFCBT/grief component, Compassionate Bereavement Care) which allows me to offer individualized holistic and creative interventions to meet each person’s needs.

I believe people can express themselves in many ways in addition to talking. This may include utilizing different mediums of art, play, sand tray, poetry, and music. My approach to therapy is individualized, based on your strengths, struggles, hopes and goals.
