In addition to general anxiety issues I am especially equipped to help with panic attacks that come out of the blue. I successfully work with those with anxiety, panic, and/or depression to reclaim meaning in their lives and use evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to help you to become your own therapist.
I take an educational, compassionate, and collaborative approach in therapy. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but also use other techniques to fit each unique client's needs.
