A few areas that I have experience working with are anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and self-esteem. I work with people across the lifespan and have experience seeing children, teens, and adults.
In my practice, I counsel from a Christ-centered perspective, where I professionally integrate faith and psychology. However, I see clients from all backgrounds, including clients who do not want to integrate faith into their mental health treatment, a right that I respect.
