Taryn has experience working with adolescents, college students, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, infertility, trauma, and sexual abuse.

Through therapy, Taryn helps individuals grow in the skills of mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. Her goal through counseling is to walk alongside clients as they process past and present difficulties while also learning to implement effective skills for change, healing, and freedom to occur in their life.
