Are you struggling with trauma that is affecting your daily life, relationships and health? Childhood trauma and acute trauma can make us feel unsafe in our bodies. The anxiety, numbness and difficulty keeping relationships that arise downstream of the trauma can leave you feeling stuck and isolated. You know you want to feel more fully alive and embodied and joyful but aren't sure how to get there. I am passionate about helping people recover from the trauma that is blocking the full spectrum of their aliveness. Together we can help you heal the trauma that is keeping you stuck in the past.

I create a space where everything is welcome and can be held in compassion. I integrate Somatic Experiencing to help you safely reconnect with your body and release stored trauma and emotions. I use Internal Family Systems Therapy, an evidenced based treatment for trauma healing, to help you understand and befriend your inner landscape of parts.

My own healing journey ignited a profound spiritual calling to support others on their path towards recovering their wholeness. My own healing journey required returning to inhabiting my body through dance, time in nature, yoga and meditation. I bring this holistic awareness to our work together, as I believe true healing involves the mind, body and spirit.
