I work with Individuals and Couples drawing on Hakomi and PACT modalities by helping clients shift out of unhelpful patterns and into harmonious empowerment with themselves and the world around them. I see healing as having two parts, one is healing past and increasing emotional resilience, the other is strengthening the your sense of Self and who you are in the world around you. In my work with clients, we aren’t only healing the past, we develop a vision of where you are going. Your Ideal You and your Ideal Life. Somatic therapy with an emphasis on empowerment.
My specialty is somatic therapy which helps clients create a stronger connection between the body and the mind. I help clients discover their own inner capacity to be with the ebbs and flows of emotion. Instead of being tossed around by your emotions, I help you feel like you can ride on top of them with empowerment to be the queen or king of your own life.
