I'm here to help find sustainable ways to live at your own pace.

I work from a framework of trust in the inbuilt healing ability of my clients. Using body awareness, parts work, and endless curiosity, we explore the unfolding of the present moment together. Over time, clients are able to develop safety and trust in their own bodies, and act from a place of alignment with who they are hoping to become.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots depending on individual need, which can be discussed in our initial consultation. I do not work directly with insurance, but can provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement.
