It is my goal to create a safe space for my clients to feel comfortable and cared for. Being vulnerable is not easy and having a judgement-free and compassionate environment is essential for us to work together toward your therapy goals.Using a strength-based lens I love to empower my clients to help them recognize their inner strengths. I work from a humanistic approach where I aim to understand my clients from their own identities and upbringing.
I utilize a range of techniques, namely CBT & psychodynamic therapy techniques so that I can blend the past with the present and begin to reframe toward the future. For couples, I utilize the Gottman Method as a basis for intervention, where I help each couple understand one another in order to work together toward a mutual goal for the relationship.
