I strive to take a holistic approach, looking at all aspects of your life and the person you are and want to become ranging from diet and nutrition, exercise, and finances to substance use and mental health concerns. I will work with you to overcome challenges and help you become a better, stronger, and more resilient person. I believe that a good therapeutic relationship is a key to success, and building the relationship is something that we will work on together. My goal is to help push you slightly further than what you thought you were capable of and to help whoever walks into my office to find the answers they are looking for.
My clinical interests include resiliency training, motivational interviewing, stress management, substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and working with fellow service members. My mental health experience includes several years of work with clients and patients of various ages and many different levels of care.
It's often difficult to reach out when you are struggling. After taking that difficult step, we will work together to build a strong therapeutic relationship and a strong foundation to work from. Together, we will work through the struggles that you are facing and help you to become the better and stronger person that you want to become.
