Therapy means having a brave space to explore, reconnect with ourselves, and express emotions (maybe some laughing, crying, and swearing are involved too). I specialize working with folks that have experienced trauma & PTSD, anxiety, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ related concerns, and survivors of gender-based violence (i.e., sexual assault, domestic violence, human trafficking).
I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to therapy, we all have unique strengths & needs. We'll work together to find the best way to treat your unique situation. I use a down-to-earth, casual approach to therapy and above all, prioritize the therapeutic relationship.
