Seeking therapy can be a scary step, but it can also be the beginning of a meaningful chapter in your life. I hope to support you in exploring your relationships & life experiences to create meaningful change, healing, & growth. My professional experience has allowed me to connect with clients from various backgrounds including couples/individuals struggling with relationship issues, the military/first responder community, those struggling with disordered eating, & clients who simply want a safe place to explore their anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, and general life transitions.
I offer adult individual, couple, and family/group sessions. I utilize Solution-Focused Therapy: a strength-based, goal-oriented, feedback-informed, collaborative modality that revolves around your unique therapeutic goals. Lastly, we will explore the health of your close relationships as they become your greatest support after graduating from therapy.
