I specialize in working with adults that are experiencing various challenges such as depression, anxiety, sudden life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, sexual abuse, violent crime survivors, stress, and relationship issues. My role as your therapist is to guide and support you in unlearning negative thinking patterns in order to live a fulfilling life, to empower you to accept yourself, and enable you to experience love and inner peace.
