I specialize in outsmarting your own worst enemy–yourself–primarily through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based techniques. I will be warm, open, and accepting right up until the point where you need someone to lay the smack down. And then I do.
