The decision to choose yourself is a highly courageous one. I believe transformative growth can come at any point in life despite periods of suffering and trauma. I witness struggles being turned into opportunities for resolution, growth, and ultimately self-evolution. I am passionate about guiding clients through the process of reconnecting with their bodies and looking within for the answers they seek. I am in my 7th year of providing care and support to those living with a variety of presentations including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, PTSD, neurodivergence, life transitions, and stress.

I've found purpose in helping people release the burden that comes with carrying heavy memories from a tumultuous past. I utilize a strengths-based and compassionate perspective, and value any opportunity to share a laugh. I especially enjoy working with young adults, new or soon-to-be parents, and the LGBTQIA+ population.

My number one goal as a provider is to establish a therapeutic relationship with my clients based on mutual trust and authenticity, in order to help them create a life they feel is worth living. My favorite modalities to use are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and somatic approaches. I have found EMDR coupled with somatic healing to be most effective in trauma resolution. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and anger management strategies.
