I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 11 years of experience specializing in mental wellness, perinatal struggles, couples, parenting, trauma and addictions.

I am also a Clinical Supervisor in Florida, a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist, and a Certified EMDR Therapist. My additional trainings through The Gottman Institute, Postpartum Support International and EMDRIA enable me to meet you where you are, for your specific needs.
