I use a person centered & strengths-based approach along with Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to challenge thought distortions. I am EMDR trained, a Certified Trauma Professional, have 48 education hours of sandtray therapy and am trained through Postpartum Support International on Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy.
