I have a passion for helping relationships heal and have been honored to walk with many families, couples, and individuals on their journey to do so. I offer a human-to-human approach to therapy that is systems-focused, personalized, and works to honor the complexities of the individuals I meet with. I bring my authentic self into the therapy room with my clients, fostering a warm, curious, and relatable therapeutic experience. I value decolonial & anti-carceral care.

I specialize in helping families, partners, and individuals gain the understanding, support, and the skills necessary to improve their quality of relationships and life. I focus on all the systems you are a part of (family, internal, societal, cultural, etc) as strengths and resources to make small changes in the system that work to provide relief.

Experiencing struggles within our most important relationships can be frustrating, exhausting, and can lead us to hopelessness. I understand how complex relationships can be, both as a therapist and as a fellow human. I work to offer an open and collaborative therapeutic experience that will best serve my clients exactly where they are. :)

The unfortunate truth is that couple and family sessions are rarely included in insurance coverages. I do offer a benefits check during our consultation upon request, and am happy to submit our services for Out of Network Reimbursement if you have those benefits available. :)
