I love working with adult individuals/couples struggling with the effects of betrayal trauma and problematic sexual behavior/relational issues. You may feel overwhelmed by emotional pain and shame with little insight of how you got to this lonely and isolated place. I hold a trauma- informed relational psychodynamic approach, meaning the relationship we build in therapy will cultivate a collaborative partnership, empowering you with greater awareness and agency. My therapeutic approach is eclectic informed by attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, IFS, EFT, Gottman method, narrative, and somatic work.
