I’m grateful you are here. I work primarily with adults struggling with complex trauma, breaking generational cycles, and relationship issues such as divorce, domestic violence, family of origin issues, and estrangement. These issues may be causing you to feel overwhelmed with depression, anxiety, and shame with little understanding of how you got here. Our work together will be in a compassionate, anti-oppression centered space in the hopes to lead to more self connection and self compassion.
I hold a trauma-informed relational psychodynamic approach, meaning the relationship we form in therapy will foster a co-created space, empowering you with understanding and agency. My approach is eclectic and weaves together attachment theory, IFS, EFT, neuroscience, and sensorimotor/somatic work.
Entering into your story is a difficult and brave next step, and I would be honored to enter into that process with you. Please reach out to schedule a free consultation to see if we would be a good fit.
