My areas of expertise include: depression & mood disorders, anxiety, loss & bereavement, unhelpful behaviors, identity concerns, and phase-of-life transitions. I work with individual adults in a collaborative way that is focused on what you need. My approach is informed by exploring both the social context and personal & familial patterns of your life.
