I am committed to guiding each person through the trauma processing experience, with the goal of healing the wounds of the past, for good. The path to clearing trauma can be hard at times, and the rewards are great. Liberation can empower you to locate your strengths, your desires, and your capacity to feel rooted in self-approval so that you can authentically inhabit the different parts of your unique identity, the tapestry that tells the story of your life: who you are in mind, body, and emotions.
EMDR is my specialty. I am a psychodynamically trained trauma therapist who works with folks to identify and understand both challenging inter-personal patterns and best-suited strategies to use for grounding through emotional turbulence. Building this foundation is crucial to moving safely into chronologically processing and neutralizing traumatic memories.
