My therapeutic style is open and attentive. Given the unique nature of our individual human experiences, I tailor sessions to address your specific needs and to create an environment where you can be truly seen and heard. I practice therapy from a relational, psychodynamic perspective and my work with couples is informed by the Gottman Method.
