Join "Connect to Play": an intimate art processing group rooted in Internal Family Systems therapy, aimed at fostering connection with your inner child for healing & creative expression. In this space, you'll find permission, materials, & guidance to unleash your inner child in a supportive environment. This 5-week journey meets weekly from July 9th-August 6th, 6-8 pm. Centered around art therapy, each session offers specific prompts exploring themes such as food, deconstructing diet culture, embodiment, & identity formation. All necessary supplies are provided.
