Embark on a Journey of Self-Compassion with “Nourish & Create.” This 5-week group is designed for those navigating complex relationships with food & body image. Centered around art therapy, each session offers specific prompts exploring themes such as food, deconstructing diet culture, embodiment, & identity formation. All necessary supplies are provided. Join us weekly July 10th-August 7th, 6-8pm. The group is limited to 6 participants. Open to women-identifying individuals aged 18+. Investment options include $80/week or a discounted rate of $375 for all 5 weeks when paid upfront. One sliding scale spot available.

Join "Connect to Play": an intimate art processing group rooted in Internal Family Systems therapy, aimed at fostering connection with your inner child for healing & creative expression. In this space, you'll find permission, materials, & guidance to unleash your inner child in a supportive environment. This 5-week journey meets weekly from July 9th-August 6th, 6-8 pm. It offers an immersive artistic experience across various mediums. Limited to 6 participants to encourage openness and vulnerability. The cost is $75/week or $350 for all 5 weeks when paid upfront.* I will offer 1 sliding scale spot for accessibility.
