Oftentimes, the challenges we face feel overwhelming and prevent us from seeing the possibility for growth, while the pace of living interferes with our ability to stay focused on the present moment where creative possibility abides. The distractions we all use to keep us from pain do not serve us anymore, but we are left wondering how to live without them. Navigating challenge and finding new possibility are sometimes difficult to accomplish on our own.
I use an integrative approach to counseling based on individual client needs. I work together with you to help you discover new opportunities and your resources for growth.
