With genuine compassion and support, I aim to provide a space, absent of judgments or assumptions, in which you can tune into your true self.
I primarily offer individual counseling with pre-teens, adolescents and adults of all ages, as well as parent-child counseling. I have experience working with a wide range of issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, domestic abuse, self-harm, and parent-child conflict.
