In a world where trauma, disconnection, and oppressive systems can shape our reality, I seek to support clients in their journey of actualizing the truth and profound potential that is in their core Self. In our work together we will explore what is wanting to transform and how to develop a more compassionate way of honoring yourself and your story. My approach is nonjudgmental and heart-centered. I seek to create a space where it is safe for you to be real, speak your truth, and be seen.
I work from a person-centered perspective and often use approaches that facilitate body, mind, and soul connection including Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, self-compassion, and body-centered therapies. As a former professional dancer, I have a love of working with artists of all kinds and athletes.
Some of my areas of focus are trauma and growth, life transitions, relationships, and rites of passage including transitioning into adulthood, pregnancy, and parenthood.
