I have seen the positive life changing effects that therapy has on people who suffer from trauma, anxiety, grief and loss as well as other distressing events, and enjoy working with people towards a healthier and more satisfying life.
I work with young adults and older, who face challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse due to physical or emotional pain, as well people with relationship issues and other life struggles. Research shows that an authentic and caring therapeutic relationship, coupled with evidence based treatments, provides a strong foundation for success.
I believe therapy is an integrative, collaborative and individualized relationship where the goal is to help you determine what is causing and maintaining current problems, and to make the necessary changes that result in greater health and happiness.

Stress and Anxiety Group Therapy
We are offering a calm and safe space where you can talk about the struggles you face openly with others who share the same difficulties. Using Mindfulness and Stress Management Strategies, you will learn and practice techniques that will benefit you in your day to day life. Groups can be a wonderful alternative or supplement to individual therapy, where bonding among members leads to you feeling empowered and less isolated. Please inquire if interested. You do not need to be a patient at Gladstone to participate.
