My therapeutic approach is eclectic which allows me to meet my clients where they are, and use appropriate techniques to assist them in meeting their personal goals.

I conduct assessments, individual & group therapy, and psychoeducation. I bring over eight years of experience working in the field of special education, human services, and behavioral health. In my spare time I enjoying spending time with my family and friends, sports, & nature. I believe a good laugh is food for the SOUL!
